Introduction
Welcome to the Cat Wallet documentation!
Cat Wallet is a multi-tasking, highly optimized wallet interface designed to simplify the onchain tasks for the Ritual Chain. It combines standard DeFi primitives (swapping, sending, staking, and more) with cutting edge AI capabilities and seamless onboarding via Privy embedded wallets.
What is Cat Wallet ?
Cat Wallet is built to simplify every essential on-chain experience:
- Make interacting with the Ritual Chain as frictionless as possible.
- Make on-chain tasks as easier as possible.
We identified that onboarding to custom testnets is historically painful, often requiring users to manually add RPC URLs, switch networks, and fund wallets just to get started. Also there's no such platform exists in testnet mode who supports multiple & required on-chain tasks to help projects to run their testnet tasks, but Cat Wallet solves this by abstracting the complexities away.
Core Philosophy
- Frictionless Onboarding: Users can sign in with just by an Email or Google account. Privy instantly spins up an embedded wallet that is already configured with the Ritual Chain. No extensions needed.
- AI-First Design: Featuring "Cat (ai) Chat," an AI assistant that can parse user intent and execute complex blockchain interactions automatically.
- Comprehensive DeFi Suite: A full-featured Automated Market Maker (AMM), Staking dashboard, and Name Service built directly into the wallet interface.
- Multi-tasking: In current Cat wallet is supporting more than 10+ onchains tasks from a single interface, So there's no need to jump between the different dApps to execute your on-chain tasks.
Getting Started
To dive right in, head over to the Wallets section to learn how connecting works on both desktop and mobile devices.
Features
Passkey authentication
Cat Wallet supports passkey login and transaction signing. Transactions are signed with the device's P-256 key (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or Windows Hello) and verified on-chain by Ritual Chain's SECP256R1 precompile (0x0100). No seed phrase is required.
MEV protection
The Send and Swap pages include a real-time MEV risk indicator. Before you sign, the wallet scores your transaction for sandwich-attack risk and shows suggested mitigations.
See MEV protection.
